Enrolment Information

We are currently taking enrolments for children under 18 months. If you would like to download our enrolment form and fill it out before you come to visit the centre please click below.

For all children over 18 months you are welcome to enroll on our waitlist.  The expected waiting time is 1 year for these children.  The waitlist application form is below for you to download and fill out before you visit the centre.

If you are enrollng your child we also need to view your child's immunisation record, their birth certificate and any other relevant medical information that we should know about your child.
